I have a slight obsession with television shows, I should actually clarify that it’s US TV shows are what I’m obsessed with. I do love British shows but we don’t really get the variety that’s available in the US and most of the shows on our channels are American anyway. Saying that I have to say that I absolutely love the BBC’s Sherlock, the second season has just started and it’s so good. If you have access to the BBC or iplayer please do watch it.
Back to what this blog is about, if you’re an avid TV watcher like me then you know January is an exciting month. On American TV, high-profile shows start in September and usually run for 12-24 weeks (if they don’t get cancelled half way). From January a new set of shows usually start, either to replace cancelled shows or ones that ended their run in December.
So I have done the research and put together a list of shows I’m excited or intrigued by and ones I have no interest in. There’s a bit of everything, drama, comedy, reality, musicals, I’m random like that.
Have a look below, watch the trailers and let me know what you’re planning on dedicating a few hours a week to. Happy watching!
